Switching to Apex Legends from another shooter shouldn’t mean relearning your aim from scratch. This free Apex Legends sensitivity converter matches your current mouse sensitivity to Apex using the same 360° turn distance, so your muscle memory carries over. Pick your game, enter your sensitivity and DPI, and get your Apex sens, eDPI and cm/360 instantly.
How to Use the Apex Sensitivity Converter
Choose the game you’re converting from and set Apex Legends as the target.
Enter your current in-game sensitivity.
Enter your mouse DPI (and your Apex DPI if it differs).
Click Convert and copy the result into Apex under Settings → Mouse → Mouse Sensitivity.
The result also shows your eDPI, cm/360° and in/360°, so you can compare it with other players.
How Apex Legends Sensitivity Is Calculated
Apex Legends Yaw Value
Apex runs on a modified Source engine, so it uses a yaw of 0.022 degrees per mouse count at sensitivity 1. Every game has its own yaw value, which is why the same number feels different from game to game.
The Conversion Formula
To convert from any game, the tool matches your 360° distance:
Apex Sens = (Your Sens × Your Game’s Yaw) ÷ 0.022
If your DPI changes between games, multiply by (old DPI ÷ new DPI). The converter does this for you.
Tips to Get the Most From Your Converted Sensitivity
Test It in the Firing Range
Load the Firing Range and practice tracking and flicking for 10 to 15 minutes. Your converted sensitivity should feel familiar straight away, and small tweaks are normal.
Don’t Forget ADS Settings
The converter gives you your hipfire sensitivity. Apex also has separate ADS multipliers per optic, so adjust those after your base sensitivity feels right.
Keep the Same DPI When Possible
Changing DPI and sensitivity at the same time makes it hard to tell what feels off. Convert once, play for a few sessions, and only then fine-tune.
